SMS Terms & Consent
Last updated: May 7, 2026
These SMS Terms explain how Theraveon Voice Platform sends transactional text messages related to Voice Platform, Voice Agent, and workflows requested by businesses and their customers.
These terms supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Message Types
Transactional SMS messages may include:
- One-time security or MFA codes requested for sign-in or account protection.
- Order payment links requested by a customer during a phone call with a business that uses Theraveon Voice Platform.
- Service notices related to a requested workflow.
- Help or opt-out responses, such as HELP or STOP.
These messages are not marketing or promotional messages.
2. Consent for SMS Payment Links
For order payment links, the customer initiates the phone call to the business. If the customer chooses to pay by link, the voice agent confirms the destination phone number and asks for verbal permission before sending the SMS.
Call consent script
Agent: “I can text the secure payment link for this order to [phone number] from [Business Name] via Theraveon Voice Platform. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Is that okay?”
Customer: “Yes.”
Agent: “Thanks — I’m sending it now.”
The payment SMS is sent only after the customer verbally agrees.
3. Frequency, Rates, and Support
- Message frequency varies based on your use of the Services and requested workflows.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages where supported.

4. No Combined Marketing Consent
This transactional SMS program does not send promotional or marketing messages. Any promotional or marketing SMS requires separate consent and is not combined with transactional message consent.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
